Thank you!Focusing on memoir and personal essays, this course will teach you how to shape your stories into compelling narrative, as well as how to develop the skills and habits essential to the art and craft of writing. You'll learn valuable tips on writing from memory, discover the essentials of good narrative writing, and develop a daily writing routine that will help you meet your goals. ![]() Each two-hour class will focus on an element of personal narrative -- from gathering material to recreating scenes from memory -- supported by readings, discussions, and writing exercises.
